Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with food service in healthcare settings preferred.
• Familiarity with diet orders and nutrition service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Leads patient food service operations in an acute care setting.
• Hires trains and coaches patient service team members.
• Ensures compliance with dietary orders and patient satisfaction goals.
• Maintains regulatory standards including HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Participates in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
