Job summary

Morrison Healthcare seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the patient services team in a 90-bed acute care setting in Collierville, TN. You will direct about 7 staff, establish goals, and ensure dietary compliance and patient satisfaction in alignment with medical direction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year of work experience in food services or related field or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service management, preferably in acute care
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee the implementation of patient food services based on medical direction and patient population
• Hire, direct, coach, train, and develop around 7 patient service team members
• Comply with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure patient preferences meet diet orders
• Ensure patient services staff help achieve patient satisfaction goals
• Comply with regulatory standards including HIPAA and patient rights policies
• Participate in or lead patient satisfaction programs and QA/PI initiatives
