Job summary

The role requires a California OT license, current BLS, and typically at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an occupational therapist in an acute care facility preferred.
• Completion of degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy; BLS (AHA) current certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using occupational therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement patient treatment programs tailored to varying disabilities.
• Design home programs and instruct patients and families in these programs.
