Job summary

The role requires OT licensure, BLS, and strong documentation, communication, and collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team. Shift patterns include varied hours with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have completed OT program and hold current OT license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to become proficient with computer software used in automated patient care environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient's functional abilities and establishes plan of care with measurable goals.
• Implements individualized treatment plans safely and effectively.
• Documents treatment and progress according to department standards and regulatory requirements.
