Banner Staffing Services is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work the day shift at Banner Thunderbird in Glendale, AZ. The role supports the occupational therapy program under the supervision of a licensed OT, contributing to patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Graduated from an OTA program accredited by the AOTA.
Current OTA license in the state of practice.
Registered BLS certification is required.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required at hire.

Responsibilities

Administers OT treatment per plan of care under supervision.
Communicates patient progress and treatment results to the OT and care team.
Documents treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborates with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to adjust goals.
