Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing and graduate from an accredited NP program.
• Two years of RN, advanced practice or NP clinical experience.
• RN Texas licensure and APRN Acute Care license per state requirements.
• BLS and ACLS certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a clinical NP resource, collaborating with the interprofessional team.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Perform assessments, documentation, and plan of care with autonomy.
• Teach and mentor NP students and residents when applicable.
