Job summary

Kidney Care Center of Georgia, LLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Acute Care NP or PA) to join our nephrology team in the Northeast Georgia region. The APP/PA will deliver inpatient and outpatient kidney care, including evaluation in the ICU and dialysis services, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered treatment.

The role requires a Master's degree in Nursing with ACNP certification or PA-C and GA licensure/eligibility, with weekday hours and minimal weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with ACNP certification.
• Licensed or eligible as CRNP in GA or PA-C in GA.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care, including ICU evaluations and management.
• Deliver dialysis services (hemodialysis) and CKD care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up for kidney patients.
• Document and bill per guidelines and collaborate with physicians.
