Qualifications

• PT degree (Bac/Med/PhD) in Physical Therapy.
• Active Texas licensure to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document examinations and evaluations.
• Establish functional PT diagnosis, prognosis, and plans of care.
• Formulate treatment goals and provide PT interventions.
• Measure and report patient outcomes.
• Carry out discharge plans.

Education

Baccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy

Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy

BLS certification within 14 days of hire
