Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Regional Float Pool, delivering care across multiple hospitals and units within a regional network.

This role requires adaptability to Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and other care areas while maintaining high standards of patient safety. The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree with a state RN license (compact licensure eligible) and 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, plus BLS and ACLS

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state or eligible via compact licensure.
• Minimum of one year bedside RN experience in Med/Surg; two years for specialized units.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care. Epic experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients in compliance with nursing standards.
• Floats to diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, adapting to varied patient needs and care settings.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and ensuring safety and compliance.
• Providing compassionate, individualized patient care in a fast-paced environment.
