Job summary

Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital is seeking a Day Shift Float Pool RN to provide nursing care across multiple units, including medical/surgical and telemetry, during the busiest hours. You’ll support admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient education as part of one hospital team.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with BSN preferred, capable of collaborating with physicians and patient care teams, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with a daytime schedule and a valuable sign-on

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with state licensure and BSN preferred.
• Experience in acute care settings and cross-unit collaboration.
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to varying workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care across admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient education.
• Support multiple units within the hospital on the Float Pool.
