HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Manager of Facility Management in Denton to oversee the daily operations of the Facility Management department, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage personnel and contractors to complete repairs and renovations, while maintaining inventory and ensuring safety and compliance across the facility.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 1 year of Facility Management experience in an acute care setting Required
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) Preferred
• Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) Training Required

Mansioni

• Utilizes building science education, knowledge, and experience to ensure energy-efficient operation within budget.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of HVAC, steam, and electrical systems typical of acute care facilities.
• Assumes responsibility for the assignment and completion of work orders and preventive maintenance using CMMS.
• Establishes work permitting and policy standards to ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Manages direct reports including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Manages regulatory compliance related to Environment of Care, Life Safety Code, and Emergency Management.
• Maintains regulatory compliance documentation using HCA Engineering platforms.
• Conducts maintenance, inspection, and testing of Life Safety systems and updates plans.
• Creates and maintains Emergency Management plans and conducts drills.
• Mitigates risks with Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA).
• Executes construction/renovation projects with minimal impact, sets schedules, reviews drawings, and maintains budgets.
• Serves as liaison between hospital maintenance, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follows Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.
