HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital seeks a Facility Management Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance schedules, and lead staff and vendors. Working with the Director, you will ensure safety, compliance, and reliable infrastructure for a busy acute care environment.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and Life Safety Code, plus experience with CMMS, budgeting, and project oversight.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of Facility Management experience in an acute care setting required.
• CHFM preferred; HICS training required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Facility Management department.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and projects with Director.
• Lead staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, Environment of Care, and OSHA guidelines.
