Job summary

Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Manager of Facility Management to oversee daily operations of the Facility Management department, coordinating maintenance schedules, projects, and vendor contracts to keep hospital infrastructure safe and compliant.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage staffing, budgets, and asset lifecycle, stay current with Life Safety codes and OSHA guidelines, and lead emergency planning and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 1 year of Facility Management experience in an acute care setting Required.
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) Preferred.
• Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) Training Required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Facility Management department.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and projects with Director.
• Lead staff including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage regulatory compliance related to Environment of Care and Life Safety.
