UCI Health in Orange and Irvine seeks a Nursing Assistant to support professional nursing staff by taking vital signs, assisting with hygiene and elimination, and maintaining a clean, safe unit. You will help with stocking supplies and operating hospital equipment as directed.

Candidates must have English proficiency, basic medical terminology, and current BLS. Flexible to weekend and holiday shifts, and willing to float between Orange and Irvine locations.

Formación

• Must have basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Current BLS certification required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist patients with hygiene and elimination.
• Maintain a clean and safe unit environment.
• Stock unit supplies.
• Operate hospital equipment as directed.
• Perform routine clerical tasks.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned.
