Trinity Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse for Acute/Cardiac care. This full-time role requires rotating shifts, weekend/holiday rotation, and 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Competency in electronic patient management systems

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
• Communicate variances from patient goals and advocate for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely health records.
• Administer medications and monitor for efficacy and side effects.
• Assess, monitor and record patient condition and changes.
• Design and evaluate nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families during stay and before discharge.
