Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services Field or RN nursing license is required or may be licensure.
• Three plus years' experience in healthcare admissions preferred.
• Three years' director experience in behavioral health admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Admissions Department and cultivate the function of the department as an integrated team.
• Direct admissions and intake processes and implement strategic plans for revenue-generating strategies.
• Lead quality management initiatives related to crisis triage, evaluation, intake, and admission services.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage department budgets and spend.
• Serve as a clinical liaison with referral sources and maintain relationships with treatment facilities.

Education

Master's Degree in Human Services Field or RN nursing license

Three plus years' experience in healthcare-related admissions

Three years of work experience as a Director of Admissions in a Behavioral health facility
