Job summary

Jackson James is actively seeking an experienced Acumatica Consultant to guide clients through implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Acumatica solutions across finance, distribution, manufacturing, and project accounting.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, map business processes, manage multiple projects, perform data migrations, and deliver user training and post-go-live support, while collaborating with developers on customisations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Acumatica implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Distribution modules.
• Experience with business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in data migration and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or the Acumatica development framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Acumatica implementations from discovery through go-live
• Gather and document client business requirements
• Configure Acumatica modules to meet functional specifications
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve defects
• Deliver end-user training and produce documentation
• Provide post-go-live support and hypercare
• Collaborate with developers on customisations and integrations
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
