Job summary

Adastra is seeking an Acumatica Solutions Architect to lead design and delivery of manufacturing software implementations across North America. This client-facing role focuses on understanding plant operations and tailoring Acumatica-based solutions to real-world requirements.

You'll own the implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through validation, training, UAT, go-live, and handover, collaborating with delivery and configuration teams to uphold design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing operational software within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, and solution design.
• Full implementation lifecycle experience including design, validation, training, UAT, and onsite go live.
• Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor with plant leadership, operations teams, and end users.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites across North America.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems (related field) preferred.

• Exposure to barcode, RFID, scales, or other shop floor data collection technologies.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
