Job summary

Oscar Associates Limited (US) is sourcing an Implementation Consultant for a respected Acumatica VAR. You will lead end-to-end Acumatica implementations, gather requirements, configure solutions, and train users to drive adoption and long-term success.

With exposure to APIs, databases, and ERP integrations, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders and stay current with product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing Acumatica or similar cloud-based business applications.
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, and supporting end users.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, databases, and related technical concepts.
• Background in accounting, finance, operations, or as a Controller is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Acumatica implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and analyse business requirements to configure solutions aligned with client needs.
• Provide client training and support to drive user adoption and long-term success.

• Background in accounting, finance, operations, or as a Controller is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
