Job summary

Oscar Associates Limited (US) is seeking an experienced Acumatica Implementation Specialist to lead ERP deployments and support clients across the full project lifecycle. This client-facing role requires strong Acumatica or ERP implementation experience, plus a solid accounting/finance background to translate business needs into practical system solutions.

You will gather requirements, configure Acumatica, train users, and ensure successful delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Strong Acumatica experience preferred and hands-on capability.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Controller experience in small/mid-sized businesses is desirable.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Acumatica Implementation Specialist to lead ERP implementations and support clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong Acumatica or ERP implementation experience, a solid accounting/finance background, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Gather client requirements and configure Acumatica around their business processes.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand workflows and identify improvements.
• Configure modules, workflows, reports, and system settings.
• Support integrations between Acumatica and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues during implementations.
• Deliver client training and support user adoption.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Track project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work alongside internal consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Acumatica functionality, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Hands-on Acumatica experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Previous Controller experience within a small or mid-sized business is highly desirable.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with clients.
• Understanding of ERP configuration, databases, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
