Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an Acumatica Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of software implementations for manufacturing clients across North America. The role is highly client-facing, requiring deep understanding of plant operations and translating real-world requirements into Acumatica-based solutions.

You will drive requirements, design specifications, and oversee validation, training, UAT, go-live, and project handover, partnering with delivery teams to uphold design

Qualifications

5+ years designing and implementing operational software in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.
Strong requirements gathering, functional specs, and solution design experience.
Full implementation lifecycle experience: design, validation, training, UAT, go-live.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, process walkthroughs, and solution design with manufacturing clients.
Develop detailed Business Requirements Specifications for configuration teams.
Translate manufacturing/operational needs into effective system solutions.
Lead solution validation, client demos, super user training, UAT, and go-live.
Collaborate with delivery and configuration teams while maintaining design standards.
