Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain ERP Specialist to own the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and ongoing optimization of Acumatica ERP across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

This role acts as the internal subject matter expert for Acumatica to ensure accurate system operation in line with business needs. The ERP Specialist will support users, troubleshoot issues, build reporting and dashboards, and lead continued rollout and improvement of Acumatica workflows to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years related experience in supply chain and logistics.
• 2–4 years of ERP experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement.
• Acumatica certification is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Acumatica administration for supply chain modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Receiving, Fulfillment).
• Manage POs, receipts, vendor transactions with correct GL postings and locations.
• Maintain item master records, vendor profiles, BOMs, and data governance standards.
• Build inquiries, dashboards, and reports to surface actionable KPIs.
