Job summary

Gifthealth seeks a Supply Chain ERP Specialist to own day-to-day Acumatica administration across purchasing, inventory, receiving, and fulfillment. You will ensure data integrity, create master records, and build dashboards that surface actionable insights for procurement and operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in ERP, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and ability to collaborate with IT and Finance to drive process improvements and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of ERP experience in supply chain, inventory or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Acumatica or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Acumatica administration for supply chain modules.
• Maintain item master data, BOMs, and vendor profiles in Acumatica.
• Build dashboards and reports to surface key KPIs and cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations; document changes and SOPs.
