Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a Supply Chain ERP Specialist to own the Acumatica ERP platform across supply chain, finance, and operations. You will optimize data integrity, troubleshoot issues, build dashboards, and support system rollouts to drive operational excellence.

The role demands hands-on management of purchasing, inventory, and order processes, plus cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate postings and KPI visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years hands-on supply chain/logistics experience with ERP systems.
• Acumatica certification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of ERP experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement; direct Acumatica experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Acumatica administration for supply chain, finance, and operations.
• Manage POs, receipts, and vendor transactions; post to GL and inventory locations.
• Maintain item master data, vendor profiles, BOMs, and data governance across modules.
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Acumatica, Power BI, and Excel.
• Train and support users; collaborate with IT for updates and configurations.
