Job summary

Carex Consulting Group partners with a manufacturing industry partner to hire a Senior Business Systems Administrator III focused on Acumatica ERP. You will serve as the senior functional and technical resource, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations through configuration, integrations, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the ERP environment remains stable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/IS/Business.
• 7+ years supporting business systems or ERP platforms.
• 3+ years administering or implementing ERP like Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Hands-on Acumatica experience preferred in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience integrating systems via REST, OData, or web services.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, and operations processes.
• Ability to design security roles, access controls, and user provisioning.
• Experience testing ERP changes including regression and UAT.
• Strong documentation, training materials, and project mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional/technical expert for Acumatica ERP.
• Troubleshoot issues and handle user requests across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on defects and enhancements.
• Configure screens, workflows, dashboards, reports, and security roles.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and future rollout phases.
• Lead regression and user acceptance testing; validate releases.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, OData, and batch processes.
• Monitor health, data quality, and scheduled processes; address root causes.
• Manage application security and user provisioning.
• Support BOMs, production orders, MRP, inventory, costing, and shop floor data.
• Create technical docs, test plans, and support procedures.
• Act as technical lead on medium to large projects; mentor juniors.
• Provide end-user training and adoption guidance.
