Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Review Manager to lead document reviews, set workflows, and manage client relationships from start to finish. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and on-site supervision, collaborating with operations and HR to onboard staff and ensure quality.

This role supports Acuity engagements and requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in legal discovery, JD, and US work authorization, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience in legal/electronic discovery or leading document review projects.
• Experience supporting document review software applications.
• J.D. required and U.S. work authorization.
• Barred, active and in good standing.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reviews independently, set workflow and strategy; manage client relationships end-to-end.
• Create and monitor timelines for completion of review phases.
• Occasionally supervise review teams on-site and train team leads.
• On-board/off-board reviewers with HR.
• Assist sales and consultants in Acuity pursuits and up-selling to clients.
• Develop initial budget for each case and monitor adherence.
• Coordinate with client, service delivery, and project teams for communication and budgets.
• Scope deliverables and deadlines; oversee progress to ensure quality.
• Build and maintain client relationships and cross-office coordination.
• Propose optimal review workflows and QA protocols.
