Job summary

VanZandt Controls in Farmington, NM seeks an Actuator Service Technician to install actuators and ensure safe operation for customers. You will work with internal staff on repair of electric and pneumatic actuators and assist the Field Service Production team as needed.

The role requires at least 2 years of valve actuation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to use hand and power tools. A safety-conscious attitude and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of valve actuation experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical diagnostics and technical documents.
• Advanced knowledge of valve actuator design and function.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install actuators for customers to ensure safe operation.
• Work with internal staff to provide technical repair on electric and pneumatic actuators, using hand and power tools.
• Assist Field Service Production team as needed building valve automation packages.
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times and ensure regular attendance.
