Job summary

VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation are seeking a Production Technician in Odessa, TX. You will build and repair valves and actuators, and you will report directly to the Production Manager.

A strong safety mindset and strict adherence to all policies are essential in this role to ensure quality and reliability. You will collaborate with internal staff to provide technical assistance, perform in-house repairs, and support other production technicians.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with valve actuation and/or control valves is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to configure, calibrate and commission digital equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to grow your product knowledge in relation to VanZandt products.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair different types of valves and actuators.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with policies.
• Other duties as assigned; regular and reliable attendance.
• Work with internal staff to provide technical assistance with supplied valves, actuators, and control products.
• Perform in-house repairs of valves, actuators and controls.
