Job summary

Argo Group is seeking an Actuary - Pricing to drive pricing strategy and portfolio optimization for Specialty lines. This in-office role requires collaboration with underwriting, claims, finance, IT, and marketing teams.

The candidate should have a quantitative degree, 3+ years of predictive modeling experience, and progress toward ACAS. Competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related.
• 4+ exams toward ACAS or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of predictive modeling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictive models to support pricing strategy and portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, IT, and marketing teams.
• Perform actuarial and financial analyses to quantify performance.
• Lead rate filings and quarterly loss ratio planning and reforecasting.
