American International Group, Inc. (AIG) seeks an Associate Actuary – A&H Pricing for North America. Lead pricing guidance, analytics, and product development while aligning with regulatory standards and corporate goals.

Mentor a team of actuaries and analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Claims, and Underwriting. You will influence budget, product design, portfolio management, and business segments, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area.
• ASA/ACAS designation preferred.
• 4+ years actuarial experience; A&H pricing preferred.
• Advanced Excel, Python, and PowerPoint; R knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing guidance and analytics for A&H products.
• Drive product development analytics and performance measurement.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and financial reporting accuracy.
• Mentor actuaries and analysts; engage with stakeholders.
• Oversee pricing management reporting transformation projects.
• Support budgeting and reinsurance planning.
