Participants gain business understanding, participate in instructor-led and hands-on training, and develop core professional skills while building company culture. The role is on-site four days a week with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 0–6 months of related experience; preparing to sit for 1st actuarial exam.
• Willing to travel or relocate to Richfield area as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn actuarial techniques and procedures.
• Update data in pricing and reserving analyses.
• Improve Excel skills and learn actuarial software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
