Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Coordinate moderately complex accounting matters and reporting with other departments, locations, divisions, and external customers.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
• Assist with financial analysis, identifying trends and variances for improvement.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
• Support internal controls improvements and budgeting/forecasting activities.
