Qualifications

• Pursuing or have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• GPA 2.5 or Pass in Pass/Fail system.
• U.S. citizen or a foreign national who has lived in the U.S. for at least 3 years and able to work in the U.S.
• No actuarial examinations required, but a nice-to-have.
• Internship starts May 17, 2027 with a 3-week training and runs through early August 2027.
• Plano, TX office or remote if not local.
• Extended vacations are not permitted during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real actuarial project, primarily government-related, with real-world impact.
• Gain hands-on experience in insurance statistics and data analysis.
• Collaborate with experienced actuaries and receive mentorship.
• Participate in a 3-week intensive training program at the start.
• Potential to work on other projects if the summer project finishes early.
