Job summary

Constellation Insurance, Inc. invites applications for an Actuarial Intern position. You will collaborate with teams across Enterprise Risk Management, Product Management and Corporate Actuarial Financial Reporting to contribute to real projects during the internship.

The role emphasizes data analysis, modeling and tool development with mentorship and hands-on, meaningful work from day one. A twelve-week summer program starts in May 2027, offering flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an actuarial science or related financial/mathematical field
• Completed at least one SOA exam
• Proficient in Excel, Access and Word
• Proactive and able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: manipulate, organize and analyze data to support decisions
• Modeling: run actuarial models and analyze outputs for accuracy
• Documentation: verify computations and document processes
• Tool Development: create and refine calculation tools for pricing and valuation
• Specialized Tasks: develop rate filings, in-force files, and experience study results or pricing determinations
• Skill Development: build analytical, technical, leadership and communication skills while gaining business knowledge
