Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science or economics.
• Graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full duration of the paid internship.
• Demonstrated curiosity, strong communications skills, and a collaborative, learning-oriented mindset.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HCSC’s formal internship program and learn key processes, programs, and technologies.
• Support day-to-day activities, research, data gathering, and light analysis under mentor guidance.
• Contribute to a defined summer project with milestones and mentor feedback.
• Attend intern orientation, professional development workshops, and networking events designed for early-career exploration.
