Qualifications

• Six+ years actuarial experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Health insurance actuarial background preferred.
• Strong modeling and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing models.
• Lead actuarial pricing for Commercial and Medicare Advantage lines.
• Provide guidance on policy, mandates, and workflow to the team.
• Assist with hiring, staff development, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product development, sales and finance.
