Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions seeks an Actuarial Manager to join our Corporate Actuarial team in Plymouth, MN or Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule. You will direct the process of making strategic recommendations based on actuarial analyses to support pricing, reserving and financial forecasting.

You will lead actuarial analyses, train staff, and apply data and tools to design new analyses while aligning with corporate objectives and market needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics or similar with modeling/quantitative analysis experience.
• Five or more years of property and casualty actuarial experience.
• FCAS or advanced ACAS designation expected.

Mansioni

• Lead actuarial analyses to develop pricing strategies and loss reserving.
• Identify data issues and determine analytical approaches.
• Apply business knowledge to develop strategic proposals and evaluate alternatives.
• Develop and mentor actuarial staff with limited guidance.
