The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7 years actuarial experience (or 5 with ASA/FCAS), and strong communication, analytical, and modeling skills. Office-based role in Columbia with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field is required.
• 7 years actuarial experience or 5 years with ASA/FCAS designation.
• ASA/ACAS designation or ability to obtain within 6 months is required or desired.

Responsabilidades

• Manage actuarial reporting, forecasting, modeling, and financial analysis for pricing and profitability.
• Lead actuarial staff and provide guidance to ensure accurate business support.
• Research trends, monitor profitability, and produce forecasts for assigned lines of business.
• Maintain and enhance actuarial models and staff performance reviews.
