Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Actuarial Manager for Commercial and Medicare Dental to lead reserving, forecasting and pricing across national markets. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Market and Network teams to drive monthly reserving, close processes and experience studies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of healthcare actuarial experience, ASA progress, and strong technical and communication skills. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a strong performance bonus program.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years healthcare actuarial experience.
ASA or demonstrated progress toward actuarial credentials.
Strong technical, analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

Leads Commercial Dental valuation decisions and financial performance reviews across markets.
Manages monthly reserving, monthly close and quarterly premium deficiency reserves / forecasting.
Performs monthly experience reviews, studies and network discount reviews for Medicare dental and Commercial.
Provides actuarial pricing, analysis and support for the Medicare Advantage bid process.
Serves as primary POC for Dental issues with internal and external stakeholders.
