Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Actuarial Analyst for its Actuarial Leadership Development Program in Boston, MA or Springfield, MA. Qualifications

BA or BS with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, Economics or related major)
Completion of 1 or more actuarial exams
Commitment to pursue Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries
Previous MassMutual Actuarial Intern experience
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
