Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Actuary for Institutional Insurance Product & Pricing to support pricing, product development, and risk management for BOLI/COLI products in a fast-moving environment. Boston, MA or Springfield, MA.

The role blends actuarial rigor with collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. The candidate will become a subject matter expert on institutional life products, contributing to pricing strategies, model development, and experience analysis while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer/Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field.
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
5 years of actuarial experience.

Responsibilities

Pricing, filing, operational testing and risk assessment for new and existing products.
Build and maintain pricing and risk analysis models.
Price private placement COLI pricing quotes and lead pricing reviews.
Determine new business and in-force crediting rates.
Develop experience assumptions for BOLI/COLI products.
Design and implement management tools to monitor in-force experience.
Collaborate with Corporate Actuarial, Enterprise Risk Management and other stakeholders.
