Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field is required.
• ACAS or equivalent credential required.
• 5+ years of property and casualty actuarial experience with a focus on reserving or claims analytics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate adequacy and consistency of case reserves across lines of business.
• Develop frameworks to monitor reserve adequacy and reserve strengthening activities.
• Assess reserve-setting practices across segments, offices, adjusters, and management units.
• Establish and monitor reserve performance indicators and key metrics.
• Support quarterly and annual reserve reviews using actuarial methodologies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Claims to analyze reserve development and trends.
• Develop statistical models and analytical tools to identify reserve risks.
• Leverage analytics and data visualization to support decisions.
