Job summary

Corebridge Financial’s Actuarial Development Program offers a student rotation through valuation, product development, ALM, and experience analysis to build broad actuarial expertise.

The program emphasizes collaboration, rigorous exams, and hands‑on projects while supporting hybrid work across Houston, Jersey City, or Woodland Hills. A strong math and statistics background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or other quantitative field.
• Completion of one or more SOA exams
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Detailed oriented
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with MS Office especially Access and Excel
• Programming skill in SAS, Python, Visual Basic, SQL, or C++ a plus, but not required
