Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an Actuarial Associate for the Actuarial Development Program. You will support new product launches, validate in‑force annuity products, and assist with policy calculation for Operations.

The role requires passing actuarial exams, a math/actuarial background, and proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, and Excel. Hybrid work options and a discretionary bonus are available.

Qualifications

• At least 4 actuarial exams passed, with 2+ years of experience with annuities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high level direction.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain actuarial validation tools to support system value validation.
• Prepare documentation to support model validation and internal review.
• Provide strong analytical skills and strategies in testing products and resolving errors from actuarial audit programs and validation tools.
• Provide actuarial validation support for illustration tools for Index/Variable/Fixed/RILA annuity products.
• Provide policy value quotes, reports, and inquiries as requested by Operations, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Collaborate with Operations/IT/Marketing/Product Development/Pricing to communicate validation findings, risks, and recommendations.
