Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering the Actuarial Development Program, a full‑time, minimum 4½‑year program designed to develop individuals entering the actuarial field into future leaders. The program provides challenging work environments and support to pass exams and become credentialed actuaries.

You will participate in four rotations across key business areas, including Risk Assessment, Rate Filing, Reserve Analysis and Planning & Forecasting, gaining hands‑on experience in pricing,

Qualifications

• Meet educational requirements (see education section).
• Willingness to relocate to an identified Actuarial hub (Hartford CT, Blue Bell, PA, Atlanta GA or Chicago IL).
• Passed at least one actuarial exam.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk assessment and reporting.
• Support rate filing with data analysis.
• Analyze reserve levels and actuarial methods.
• Assist planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Develop pricing and trend analyses for products.
• Develop technical solutions and tools for processes.
