Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and actuarial tool design in insurance/financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, CS, data analytics, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Insurance actuarial concepts (reserving, pricing).

Responsibilities

• Lead deep, structured requirement sessions with senior actuaries to understand workflows and reporting needs.
• Facilitate alignment across actuaries and Data Office teams on priorities and timelines.
