Job summary

MSIG USA, the US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group, seeks a Manager of Statistical Reporting & Insurance Analytics. You will lead a team delivering actuarial, regulatory, and business analytics, supporting pricing, reserving, underwriting, and claims initiatives.

You will partner with Reserving, Pricing, Insurance Analytics, and Technology to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across platforms like Guidewire and Solartis, driving reporting automation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in P&C insurance, actuarial, analytics, or regulatory reporting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with regulatory reporting vendors and insurance bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ~250 statistical reports to regulators, rating bureaus, and others.
• Direct development of new reports, dashboards, and analytical queries.
• Define and validate requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Lead UAT for policy and claims systems and regulatory reporting functions.
• Collaborate with Tech, Data Ops, and business to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Represent MSIG USA with regulators and industry bodies.
