The Manager, Statistical Reporting & Insurance Analytics leads a team delivering actuarial, regulatory, operational, and business analytics, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and innovative reporting across platforms like Guidewire and Solartis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, actuarial, statistical reporting, analytics, or regulatory reporting functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing analytical, reporting, or actuarial-related teams.
• Experience working with regulatory reporting vendors and insurance bureaus.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance operations, policy administration systems, and claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical reporting & regulatory compliance across ~250 recurring reports to regulators and bureaus.
• Direct development of reports, dashboards, and analytics using internal/external data sources.
• Oversee data requirements, system development, and UAT for reporting solutions including Guidewire or Solartis.
• Represent MSIG USA in regulatory interactions and industry relations on reporting matters.
• Lead and mentor a team of statistical reporting and data analytics professionals.
