Ernst & Young in the United States is seeking an Associate Analyst in Actuarial within our Consulting practice. You will apply actuarial and analytical skills to employee benefits modeling, collaborating with audit teams on disclosures and compliance.

Based in EY's Service Delivery Center, the role requires in-person collaboration, travel as needed, and a path toward actuarial professional exams. The team delivers value through data-driven insights and scalable pension and benefit solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergrad or master's in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Progress toward passing actuarial exams (one or more) preferred.
• In-person work on-site, typically 3 days a week depending on engagement.
• Driver's license recommended; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial/analytical skills to employee benefits financial modeling.
• Review disclosures for defined benefit pension plans and assess accounting compliance.
• Collect/analyze data, compute program calculations, monitor timelines, document findings.
• Prepare annual employee benefit plan filings in line with IRS or DOL regulations.
