Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting insurance, consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, finance, or related analytical functions.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, communicate, and execute strategic priorities across the actuarial department.
• Support annual/monthly business planning including resource planning and performance measurement.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategic analyses.
• Establish project governance, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
